At Finitless, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.

Who Can Request Data Deletion

  • Registered users of Finitless services
  • End users who have interacted with businesses through our platform
  • Anyone whose personal data we may have collected

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete the following personal data:

  • Account information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Business information associated with your account
  • Communication history and message content
  • Usage data and activity logs
  • Profile preferences and settings
  • Any other personal data we have collected about you

Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may retain some information as required or permitted by law:

  • Transaction records required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Information required to comply with legal obligations

Any retained data will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Subject line: "User Data Deletion Request"

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Phone number (if applicable)
  • Description of the data you want deleted
  • Any additional information to help us locate your data

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity through email verification, phone verification, or by providing additional information that only you would know.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days. If we need additional time due to the complexity of the request, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. Complex requests may take up to 90 days to complete.

What Happens After Deletion

  • You will no longer be able to access your Finitless account
  • Historical order data associated with your account will be removed
  • You will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Third-Party Data

If you have used our services through third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp or social media integrations), you may also need to request deletion of your data directly from those platforms. We can only delete data stored in our systems.
